We at DBS IT Institute aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our courses and services. However, in certain circumstances, a refund may be applicable as per the policy below:
The Registration Fee is strictly non-refundable in all cases.
If a student cancels admission within 7 days of admission/enrollment, only the course fee paid will be refunded.
The Registration Fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
After 7 days of admission, no refund will be provided.
Refund will not be applicable in the following cases:
Once the course material has been accessed/downloaded/used beyond a reasonable limit.
For missed live classes, unless the issue is from the institute’s end.
For customized training or one-to-one coaching sessions after scheduling.
To request a refund (if eligible), students must email at info@dbsitinstitute.com with the following details:
Full Name
Course Name
Payment Proof (receipt/transaction details)
Reason for Refund Request
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after approval.
Refunds will be made only to the bank account provided by the student at the time of request.
If any Government taxes or transaction charges are deducted, they will not be refunded.
If the course is canceled by the institute due to unforeseen circumstances, only the course fee will be refunded.
The Registration Fee will not be refunded even in this case.
Any payment gateway charges incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.
