Refund Policy

We at DBS IT Institute aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our courses and services. However, in certain circumstances, a refund may be applicable as per the policy below:

1. Registration Fee

  • The Registration Fee is strictly non-refundable in all cases.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • If a student cancels admission within 7 days of admission/enrollment, only the course fee paid will be refunded.

  • The Registration Fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • After 7 days of admission, no refund will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refund will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Once the course material has been accessed/downloaded/used beyond a reasonable limit.

  • For missed live classes, unless the issue is from the institute’s end.

  • For customized training or one-to-one coaching sessions after scheduling.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund (if eligible), students must email at info@dbsitinstitute.com with the following details:

    • Full Name

    • Course Name

    • Payment Proof (receipt/transaction details)

    • Reason for Refund Request

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after approval.

  • Refunds will be made only to the bank account provided by the student at the time of request.

  • If any Government taxes or transaction charges are deducted, they will not be refunded.

5. Cancellation by Institute

  • If the course is canceled by the institute due to unforeseen circumstances, only the course fee will be refunded.

  • The Registration Fee will not be refunded even in this case.

6. Payment Gateway Fees

  • Any payment gateway charges incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.
