This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how Deltabyte Solutions IT Institute (OPC) Private Limited, trading as "DBS IT Institute" ("we", "us", "our"), delivers digital and physical items purchased or issued through its platform.

1. Digital Documents & Services

  • Digital items — including certificates, marksheets, admit cards, ID cards, typing certificates, study material, and course access — are delivered electronically through the student/franchise portal.
  • These items are typically made available immediately or within 24–72 hours of successful payment and processing, subject to eligibility and verification.
  • No physical shipping is involved for digital items; delivery is deemed complete when the item is made available in your account or sent to your registered email.

2. Physical Products (Store)

  • Physical products purchased through the online store, if any, are shipped to the address provided at the time of order.
  • Estimated dispatch time is typically 2–7 business days, and delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier partner.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Confirmation & Issues

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order/document is processed.
  • If you do not receive a digital item within the stated time, or a physical product is delayed, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly (for physical products, within 48 hours of delivery).
